HOW TO USE JADE GUA SHA

1. You can use a gua sha on the face, body and scalp, and it’s best to use with water or an oil – but never on bare skin.

2. Hold the gua sha tool with the curved side to your face and glide it gently up and out, starting with the neck, jawline, chin and around the mouth, between three and five times per area. Always take short strokes in just one direction, not back and forth.

3. Next, press the tool flat to the skin, under the eyes or over any redness, to soothe and de-puff.

4. Work the tool in small horizontal strokes over the brow bone to lift, or hold and press upwards between the brows to release tension.

5. Stroke down the neck, never upwards, to drain fluid.

6. If you want to reduce puffiness, work lightly, then more firmly, to relax muscles.

HOW TO USE JADE ROLLER

After cleansing and toning, apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil to your face, neck and décolletage. Using the wider end of the roller, massage in an outward direction starting at the neck and roll upward. The smaller end can be used to gently massage the under-eye area. For best results, roll upwards. It is recommended to use the roller for 5-10 minutes per day.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch, however we understand that there are instances where goods can be damaged in between leaving the warehouse and arriving at your doorstep. We do not offer 'change-of-mind' refunds or exchanges.

If your product is damaged, we are able to offer a refund or exchange, provided that your item is unused and is in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging. Please email at memyfaceyoga@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, along with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) alongside its shipping label.

If your return or exchange is approved, I will contact you to arrange for the product(s) to be returned. The return or exchange will only be valid if the product(s) are received within 14 days of you receiving your product.
