Gua Sha is a practice that originates from traditional Chinese medicine and has been used within Chinese medicine for centuries as a way to encourage blood flow, assist with fluid retention and reduce puffiness.

The combination are a great sculpting tools for your facial muscles as over time it can improve skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

This facial set has been handcrafted and is made from natural stone. This means no two products will look the same and imperfections may appear, but we believe the imperfections are part of their natural beauty. These tools are also very delicate and can break easily when dropped, so please handle with care.

HOW TO USE GUA SHA
1. You can use a gua sha on the face, body and scalp, and it’s best to use with water or an oil – but never on bare skin.
2. Hold the gua sha tool with the curved side to your face and glide it gently up and out, starting with the neck, jawline, chin and around the mouth, between three and five times per area. Always take short strokes in just one direction, not back and forth.
3. Next, press the tool flat to the skin, under the eyes or over any redness, to soothe and de-puff.
4. Work the tool in small horizontal strokes over the brow bone to lift, or hold and press upwards between the brows to release tension.
5. Stroke down the neck, never upwards, to drain fluid.
6. If you want to reduce puffiness, work lightly, then more firmly, to relax muscles.
HOW TO USE ROSE QUARTZ ROLLER
After cleansing and toning, apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil to your face, neck and décolletage. Using the wider end of the roller, massage in an outward direction starting at the neck and roll upward. The smaller end can be used to gently massage the under-eye area. For best results, roll upwards. It is recommended to use the roller for 5-10 minutes per day.
Due to hygienic reasons, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on products unless they are damaged upon receipt. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, however we understand that there are instances where goods can be damaged in between leaving the warehouse and arriving at your doorstep. We do not offer 'change-of-mind' refunds or exchanges.
If your product is damaged, we are able to offer a refund or exchange, provided that your item is unused and is in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging. If your return or exchange is approved, I will contact you to arrange for the product(s) to be returned. The return or exchange will only be valid if the product(s) are received within 14 days of you receiving your product.
